NorCal and Bay Area California kickboxing champion, Matt 'The Butcher' Baker (3-1-0 2 KO) is set to to take on Kevin van Heeckeren (1-1-0 1 KO) in Utrecht, Netherlands for Glory 65 live on May 17th 2019 on UFCFightPass.com.

Baker fights out of Team Black in Northern California.  He trains under Dan Black former famed Cesar Gracie / Gracie Fighter kickboxing trainer for the likes of Nick & Nate Diaz as well as Gilbert Melendez among others.

Baker is an accomplished striker / kickboxer and jiu jitsu martial artist, the former being his preferred combat which has earned him the call-up to the premier Glory Kickboxing Series League.
