ORIGINALS SERIES: Henry Corrales
The stage is set for Southern California native, Henry Corrales to return to his home state, in a venue that has seen so many historic performances from the guitar riffs of Jimi Hendrix to The Rolling Stones, from the iconic Magic Johnson and the showtime Lakers to Wayne Gretzky and the L A Kings. The Forum in Inglewood will be the setting for yet another historic event at Bellator 290 as we will witness the last stand of the last emperor, the MMA legend Fedor Emilianenko will be making his final walk to the cage. Bellator 290 will also see the stone cold Henry “OK” Corrales make his way to the cage against an undefeated Russian foe in the Bellator featherweight division. Corrales carries a 2-fight win streak, his long-time ace Coach Eddie Cha and the confidence that comes with training at one of the most forward thinking MMA facilities in the game, Fight Ready Arizona. Corrales is focused on spoiling the parade and handing his opponent his first loss, and then will set his sights on ascension up the Bellator featherweight rankings and back into title contention.
